Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
TAMAM ("TAMAM," "we," "us") lets you pay a bill and send money to someone you choose, straight from your own bank account. We are not a bank and we never hold your money — transfers move bank-to-bank over our payment partners. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the TAMAM app you agree to this policy.
1. Who this applies to
TAMAM is for U.S. residents 18 or older. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
You provide it to us
- Identity — legal name, date of birth, home address, and Social Security Number (or its last four digits), collected to verify your identity as required by U.S. financial regulations ("Know Your Customer").
- Contact — email address (used to sign in via a one-time code).
- Payment instructions — the recipient or biller you choose, the amount, and any reference or note you add.
- Identity document — if additional verification is required, a photo of a government ID you choose to upload.
Collected when you link a bank (through Plaid)
When you connect your bank, you enter your bank credentials directly with Plaid Inc. — they are never shared with or seen by TAMAM. Plaid returns to us a secure token plus limited account details (institution name, account type, and a masked account number). See Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.
Collected automatically
Basic device and app-usage information needed to operate the service and keep it secure (e.g., app version, error/diagnostic logs). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not store your full bank login, and we do not retain your Social Security Number in readable form beyond what is required to complete identity verification.
3. How we use your information
- Verify your identity and eligibility (KYC / anti-fraud, legal compliance).
- Connect your bank account and initiate the bank-to-bank transfers you request.
- Secure your account (one-time email codes, device PIN/biometric unlock).
- Provide customer support and send you service messages about your transfers.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Plaid Inc. — to securely connect your bank account.
- Dwolla, Inc. — our ACH payment partner, to verify identity and move funds bank-to-bank. Dwolla, not TAMAM, moves the money.
- Service providers who host and run TAMAM on our behalf (cloud hosting, database, and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of your data to serving us.
- Legal and safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or prevent fraud, harm, or abuse.
- Business transfers — if TAMAM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep it, and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, from app.tamam.io/account-deletion, or by emailing info@datadamus.io. Deleting your account removes your profile, linked bank connection, and transfer history from our systems, except records we are legally required to retain.
6. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit. Secrets and credentials are held server-side only. Sensitive identifiers (like your SSN) are not persisted in readable form. The app is protected by a device PIN and, where available, biometric unlock. No system is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard safeguards.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to appeal a decision about such a request. To exercise them, email info@datadamus.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Where your data is processed
TAMAM processes and stores information in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to TAMAM. These Terms are a contract between you and TAMAM ("TAMAM," "we," "us") and govern your use of the TAMAM mobile app and services. By creating an account or using TAMAM, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use TAMAM.
1. Eligibility
You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
2. What TAMAM does
TAMAM lets you (a) pay a bill and (b) send money to a person you choose, funded from your own linked bank account. TAMAM is not a bank and does not hold, store, or take custody of your funds. Money moves directly bank-to-bank as an ACH transfer initiated through our payment partners. TAMAM facilitates the instruction; it never possesses your money.
3. Your account and security
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your device, email, and PIN secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@datadamus.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Linking your bank; identity verification
To use TAMAM you must verify your identity and link a bank account. Bank connection is provided by Plaid Inc., and payment processing and identity verification by Dwolla, Inc. Your use of those features is also subject to Plaid's and Dwolla's respective terms. You authorize TAMAM and these partners to access and use the information needed to verify you and to initiate the transfers you request.
5. Transfers and authorization
When you confirm a transfer, you authorize an ACH debit from your linked account and a corresponding credit to the recipient or biller you selected, for the amount shown. ACH transfers are not instant and may take one or more business days to settle, and may be delayed, returned, or rejected by a bank or our partners. You are responsible for making sure the recipient details and amount are correct — TAMAM cannot recover funds sent to an account you specified incorrectly.
6. Fees
Any fees, if applicable, will be shown to you before you confirm a transfer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TAMAM for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, not to send money you are not authorized to send, and not to interfere with or attempt to compromise the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk.
8. Cancellation and account deletion
You may stop using TAMAM and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, from app.tamam.io/account-deletion, or by emailing info@datadamus.io. We may suspend or close accounts as described in these Terms or as required by law. Transfers already submitted may not be cancellable.
9. Disclaimers
TAMAM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that transfers will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completed within a particular time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAMAM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from bank or partner delays, returns, or rejections outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state to be designated by TAMAM. [Dispute-resolution, arbitration, and venue terms to be finalized with counsel.]
13. Contact
These documents are drafts pending legal review and are not legal advice.
