Delete your account
You can permanently delete your TAMAM account and all associated data at any time.
From inside the app
- Open TAMAM and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted and you're signed out.
If you no longer have the app
Email info@datadamus.io from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name and contact details), your linked bank connection, and your transfer history are removed from our systems. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires us to (for example, transaction records for regulatory or accounting obligations); those are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
